We offer courses starting from 8,800 yen, where you can fully savor Kobe Beef, renowned for its melt-in-your-mouth umami and refined sweetness. To allow you to enjoy the deep, natural flavor of the ingredients, we offer courses with a choice of 100g or 150g of beef. We also have a luxurious course available from July 13, 2026, featuring Hiroshima oysters, whose rich flavor pairs beautifully with well-marbled Kobe Beef, as well as Kawachi duck, which has been served at international conference banquets. Please enjoy our exquisite sukiyaki, prepared with carefully selected fresh vegetables and our signature sweet-savory warishita sauce.

To let you fully enjoy the flavor of Kobe Beef sukiyaki, our staff prepares the dish from start to finish right in front of you. The first slice is grilled so you can enjoy the pure taste of the meat itself, and from the second slice onward it is simmered with vegetables and warishita sauce before being served. You can experience the traditional Japanese way of enjoying sukiyaki at a relaxed pace.

After simmering the Kobe Beef in sweet-savory sauce, it is dipped into egg to bring together the richness of the meat and the smoothness of the egg. We prepare two types of branded eggs with different colors and flavors, allowing you to compare and experience the depth of sukiyaki. Please enjoy how the flavor profile changes depending on the type of egg used.

To let guests experience Osaka’s drinking culture, we carefully select wines and sake. We offer wines from “Katashimo Winery,” considered the oldest winery in western Japan, as well as sake from “Akishika Sake Brewery” in northern Osaka and “Rikyuzo” in southern Osaka. Enjoy a perfect pairing designed to complement sukiyaki, and experience a uniquely Japanese harmony of food and drink culture.

The interior is designed in a traditional Japanese house style, with five counter seats on the first floor. Guests can enjoy watching Kobe Beef being prepared right in front of them, experiencing not only the flavor but also the aroma and sounds—offering a truly special dining experience.
